Yes, you can return or exchange your purchased item at Ayesh Stores as long as the item is in good condition and still in its original packaging as inspected by our staff. Original receipt is required.

What is the return policy?

  • The item will be refunded and should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt.
  • The item must be in good condition and it should be in its original packaging together with the paperwork, parts, accessories that came along with it.
  • You will be refunded via your original payment method.

How long do I have to return the item?

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item that meets our return policy.

What is the delivery time frame?

All our products are brand new and original products in their original packaging – unless otherwise stated.Regular deliveries take up to 7 working days (excludes weekends & holidays).
